Project Submission Instructions Important Notice:

Due to current website limitations, all project submission forms must be sent using your personal email provider. Submissions cannot be uploaded directly through this website.

Required Forms:
To submit your project for budgeting and review, you must complete and attach all three (3) of the following forms/documents:

1. Project Intake Form
2. Confidential Project Submission & Non-Disclosure Agreement Form
3. Project Checklist Form

How to Submit:

Open your email application/platform.
Attach all three (3) completed forms to the email your are sending to us.

Attached please find my project’s completed Intake Form, Confidential Project Submission and Non-Disclosure Agreement, and Project Checklist for review.

I understand that submission of all three (3) required forms is mandatory for consideration. If any of the required documents are missing, incomplete, or not attached to this email, I understand that my project submission may be discarded without review.

I further understand that if I wish to submit more than one project, each project must be submitted individually, with one project per email, and each submission must contain its own full set of required forms.

Please confirm receipt of this submission when convenient.
